"The remodel went very well. The workmen came on schedule and cleaned up well after each day's work. They took the room out to the studs, and re-designed the shower, that is tucked under a staircase, did beautiful tile work, and custom millwork to build two storage drawers in a soffet. I am very happy with the work they did."

"I needed a tune up for my two heat pumps/heat function. ! was very happy with Nikki in the front office . She was very helpful and with Wes the technician who discovered a capacitor in one of the units that was about to fail. He installed a new one in a very professional manner. I was very impressed with the employee's and their attitude and will continue to use SPOOR to repair or service my heat pump heating or cooling problems."

"I was very pleased with this contractor, his crew, and the work performed. The contractor was responsive, punctual, and worked around adverse weather conditions. His employees were polite, friendly, and left the work area spotless upon job completion. All material was stained before installation and screwed into place, guaranteeing a finished product that is solid and well protected. This contractor provided an estimate within 7 days of initial inspection and completed the deck project in 2 weeks from start of construction! I have never had or heard of this type of service from any general contractor in the area. We will definitely use him again for any size project that comes along."
