"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. In our home, they missed a leaking condensation line during the service that eventually led to water damage in two neighboring rooms (the water went into the walls and underneath the floors) and thousands of dollars in damage. In our business, they keep changing what is wrong with the unit and coming up with temporary fixes, all the while charging us more and more."
