"We recently completed a kitchen remodel with Bridges Construction and couldn’t be happier with the results! The new layout, functionality, and look of our kitchen are everything we hoped for. Steve, the owner, provided an accurate estimate, maintained great communication, and kept the project on schedule with minimal disruption. His team -- especially Kyle, Brandon & James -- were professional, detail-oriented, and a pleasure to work with. We also had flooring replaced throughout most of the home by Five Star Flooring, which exceeded our expectations. Steve did an excellent job coordinating all subcontractors (electrical, plumbing and drywall contractors all highly skilled!) to keep everything moving smoothly. While no project is without a few surprises, any issues were handled promptly and professionally. Chris, the office manager, made billing and communication easy and efficient. We highly recommend Bridges Construction!"

"This company nailed it from the initial consult to scheduling and through the installation. Everyone is professional and they are just nice people! They will be back to do my upstairs bathroom too, and I'm sure they will meet the same high performance."

"loved it very kind work"

"Everything went extremely well, considering that we discovered extensive dry rot under the existing floors. So, Tony had to demolish and replace the subfloors in both rooms. The additional cost was based on a reasonable hourly rate and the cost of the materials (no markup). I was also able to get his contractors' price when buying the tile. In addition, the quality of the work was excellent. We choose an imported porcelain tile with sharp edges and narrow spaces, and Tony used epoxy grout, which is much finer and stronger (and stain resistant) than the common granular grouts. (This technique is more common in commercial situations, and not recommended unless the installer knows what they're doing.) The work was also completed on schedule, and without any delays. Tony was very customer oriented and made sure that we were satisfied with every aspect of the project."

"I had some cleaning issues."

"I've never done any remodeling to my house or had any work other than the occasional plumber or handyman. When I decided to completely makeover my bathroom, I felt a little overwhelmed. At America's Dream HomeWorks, it is a one-stop-shop. They take care of everything! You go to their incredible showroom and browse through flooring, tiles, quartz slabs, faucets, sinks, tubs, color schemes, etc. and pick out exactly what you want. (You can also go online with your consultant and shop for particular items - I found a hand-painted glass bowl sink and matching waterfall faucets.) The wonderful thing about a one-stop-shop remodel is you don't have to worry about anything. ADH ordered all the materials, brought them to my house, demolished my existing bathroom and took the rubble with them, and scheduled inspector visits. Beware of the lure of lower-priced competitors: I guarantee you their quote will not include everything ADH will do. Do you really want to demolish your own bathroom? Do you want to take the chance on ordering a bathtub that doesn't exactly fit or arrives broken? Your responsibility means it's your dime. Let your remodeler take care of it all. It's a breeze.  During the remodel, Alex and Vlad were extremely neat and tidy. They protected my narrow hallways and beige carpet - and they never complained about my very steep staircase. Imagine lugging a cast-iron tub down the stairs with just two people! Since I'd never done any remodeling before, I expected the noise to be ear-splitting, but the guys were surprisingly quiet. Sometimes I wouldn't hear any activity and, thinking they were on a lunch break, I'd trot upstairs to take a peek at the progress. There they were, hammering away! Construction from my neighbor's house was louder than my own bathroom. I have had a certain style in mind for several years, and now I have my dream bathroom! Everything looks beautiful and I got exactly what I wanted. ADH was professional and very eager and happy to make my remodel experience easy and fun. Particularly during the 2020 pandemic, ADH handled everything very well. My contract from the pre-pandemic months was honored, there were no hidden fees or late penalties, and everything was in-stock and ready to go when the country opened back up again. Phone calls with Julie over the past months, talking with Alex and Vlad at the house every day, it made it seem like ADH was part of the family. This was not the "typical contractor" experience I was expecting. Everyone gave a little extra oomph to make sure I was in love with my bathroom. Thank you!"

"We had a problem with an aging electric water heater - it ran out of hot water quickly; called several area plumbers, some said that they don't work in apartments, some said that they will have to demolish kitchen cabinets to replace the heater and that the granite countertop will most likely break. North West came, made an assessment, and replaced the heating elements in two hours without complaining about how tight the cabinet is. No problems with hot water anymore."

At Salazar Construction, we've built our reputation on clear communication, honest pricing, and craftsmanship that never cuts corners. Our clients always know exactly what they're paying for because every bid we produce is fully itemized — no surprises and no hidden costs.\n\nWhen it comes to the work itself, we're not trying to be the cheapest; we're trying to be the construction company you trust for years because the work holds up, looks good, and reflects real craftsmanship."

"McCoy Construction is one of the most professional contractors we have ever dealt with. We needed some repairs and revisions on our vacation home maple kitchen cabinets. The job estimate was thorough and reasonable. They were very helpful when additional issues arose. They always notified when they were coming and when they were leaving. We received pictures showing the progress on a regular basis. McCoy and Michael Hodges kept us informed of all the steps along the way, were timely and always cleaned up when they left! The quality of their work was exceptional. I would highly recommend them for just about any construction project."
