"I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out overall good. My only complaint is that they got a lot of overspray on my hardwood floors. It is tiny, it is not super obvious, but they just did not cover the hard wood well enough, so that is my only complaint there. I would use them again, however I will be right on it for coverage of the floor and stuff. I did not inform them of the overspray. They charged me an additional amount to do some additional work and it was a very reasonable amount for some additional work. They did a good job."

"went too long...multiple tries for same claim...CHW needs to verify their service partners before enlisting them...as the first one was a fraud (and cut a big hole in kitchen ceiling) and second one did not keep his appointment until we called...third one was very responsive and fixed it property (but by then we had found the source of the leak). Then started the next inning to fix the hole in kitchen ceiling, paid the service fee twice (once for leak repair and then for drywall repair)!"
