"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

He arrived early, but waited until the scheduled time to knock on the door. He managed his time well and completed the job a day ahead of what was originally scheduled. It was originally my job to get the paint, which I forgot to do, but Josh had no problem going to the store and ordering the paint. He was very honest, leaving me the receipts and all the extra materials. Oh did I forget to mention parts of the base boards around the cabinets were cracked, he replaced them with no problem. I hired him to correct the mistakes of the first person I hired and ultimately had to fire because after a couple of rooms it was obvious he didn’t know what he was doing. I wish I had found Mario first and the project would have been a lot less cheaper and done much quicker! He offered me a great price- I think he felt bad for me lol. His guys were courteous and prompt and Mario’s communication with me throughout the process was superb.
