"Casablanca Construction replaced all of our windows and trim and about 25-30% of our damaged/aged siding. We were given a written estimate. The men on our job site were extremely hard working and very polite. They showed up every day between 7:30 and 8:00 am and often worked until 4:00 or 5:00 pm. Even when the owner was not on the job site, the crew worked hard and kept the job on schedule. This captured the attention of three of our neighbors who also ended up hiring this company to replace siding. If something extra needed fixing, they just did it! The owner, Sebastian, is very honest and humble. He treats his crew with respect. We plan to hire this company again within the next year to remodel our master bathroom."

As usual I got some what interested phone calls, some saying they would come out but never did. I ended up with three licensed contractors that were close in prices. We ended up going with Josh at G C Bauer inc, our decision was based upon how he presented his company, didn't give me a sales pitch but was a straight shooter. The work went very well, we took a one week vacation in the middle of the job, had a couple issues with permits and inspector schedules. Josh and his crew managed very well with all the forced interuptions. They replaced the two window assemblies, replaced 4 dry rotted studs and window frame work, exterior siding and trim work. They removed and replaced a large area of interior sheet rock, taped, plastered and textured the wall. We are very happy with there work, they stayed on budget. We would hire him again in the future."
