I spoke to Jack on the phone and he was able to come check out my floor within 24 hours. He turned around gave me a bid within another 24 hours and started my floor the day after that. Jack reached out and let me know when he’d show up prior to showing up each day, providing me with daily updates and photos, and got the job done for 25% lower than my other two bids.
