Jay did a very expert job of cleaning my roof and killing the moss without damaging any for my plants. He also was helpful in many ways, with the screen removal and replacement on some 2nd story windows, alerting me to some minor roof damage which I have not repaired and power washing a small outdoor rug. He also suggested he could clean the deck wood and did an amazing job. I would recommend him highly and plan to make this a yearly service.

They had not done our particular problem before, but they did the best they could. Give them an A for effort. We will have to figure out how to totally clean off the pavers sealer that they could not get off with 2 tries.

Overall power wash of house and garage was clean. Many areas on one side of the house were missed (around windows and door) and top three rows of siding on front of house (showed up next day). Access to estimate (only available online through unknown website) and receipt (only online). No follow up; no response.

Jay did a wonderful job on my overhang. It was very bad and he made look like new.

Good guys to work with - nice people. My deck is made of the best redwood, which means the wood is easily scarred by pressure washing. Jay used a soft wash and there's a nice, even , natural color (not pink like new wood, more golden) after 15 years with no power washing ever.

Powerwash was done on the concrete in my backyard.. results was great! Thank you jay.

Found JNS via Angie's List on a Tuesday. Jon called me promptly and came by the same day after completing his other blasting job that day to put eyeballs on our roof. Said he would be able to do it by Friday; they called 8:15 am Friday, showed up with ladders, generators, gasoline, brooms, hoses and nozzles. I hit him up with extra work - brick patio in backyard. No problem, they spent the entire day. Safe soap solution first to kill the moss then removed ALL of the debri and growth. Incredibly fair price for such professionalism.

The guys showed up on time and worked hard all day long to finish the job. We will invite them back to do more work for us in the future.

They showed up when promised. They were very knowledgeable. We had an unusual problem that required a special product. Jay didn’t charge us for the product. We were expecting many paint flakes. None! This company has impressed us.

I have never seen anyone work so hard. I got way more for my money than anticipated. They are punctual and exceeded my expectations. No matter what I asked they were happy to accommodate all of my requests. Their equipment is state of the art and is clean and well maintained.
