I have had experience with designers on several projects prior to using Mr. Gonzales" service. I was very hesitant to hire a new design service because of my experience with other design firms, Briefly, their service were abominable; over-priced, poor communication, lack of the knowledge required, many excuses for inadequate design requiring revisions and very, very slow. Then I found Exclamation Design. Immediate response to my contact. It just got better from then on. Smart, knowledgeable, the best communication I have EVER experienced. Understood all requirements for submittal of plans. When revisions were desired by my clients. He responded with unbelievable speed and accuracy. Frank is a pleasure to deal with. Intelligent, great sense of humor and humble. In short Frank made an experience I dreaded an unqualified delight. Oh, and how could I forget : Inexpensive. Thank you, Frank!
