Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! I had to look for a carpet cleaning service because well lets face it? I have 3 cats, and one of them got sick and had a couple of accidents on the carpet, the stairs and in the room I had designated as their cat room.
Well,I contacted Accs on May 18th and they were able to come do the work two days later. Wow that was so impressive. They asked me when I wanted the work done and was able to do it not only on the day I wanted but also the time frame. 
They were both caring and trustworthy.
They cleaned 5 rooms? 4 rooms and the stairs plus a large sectional sofa. I did have to pay a little extra for some special stuff to be but on cat urine & poop stains that were in the carpet and deodorizing stuff but it was only and extra $65 and was totally worth it.
 All the stains and odor's came out. The total bill came out to be $370? not bad for all of that work!
 I was so impressed with their punctuality, professionalism & above all hard work. They did a Great job on everything, and as I said they even got out All the pet stains and the odor's are gone. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU? SO Very much. I will be calling on them again if I ever need more Carpet or Upholstery cleaned.
