"What can I say about Rainbow Carpet Care? Fred is an absolute rockstar! He initially provided us with a free walkthrough estimate of our entire house to include some couches and rugs in addition to the carpets that needed care. He was very thorough and provided a reasonable estimate for the cleaning. It took me a few months to pull the trigger on utilizing his services but I am beyond pleased that I did! Fred showed up early to stage before his associate arrived and I couldn’t be happier with the turnout of their work! He is kind, very friendly, and in my opinion reasonably priced. I fully recommend his services to anyone looking for carpet or upholstery cleaning. Thanks, Fred!!"

"VCC delivered superior service, my drapes look refreshed and new again! They took the time to hang the drapes back up perfectly, and even steamed them to perfection. This is the 2nd time I have used their service for my drapes, and I will always only use them to clean my carpets, upholstery and drapes. A+ Polite and professional too!"

"I am so grateful to Diego. He went above and beyond any expectations and was able to get a house cleaner and carpet cleaner for us on extremely short notice-SAME DAY!!! We had an urgent situation and Diego helped us get thru it with his wonderful crew. Rosa and her daughter were so nice and accommodating and they did a wonderful job cleaning and Marcos was extremely thorough and helpful in steam cleaning the carpets and furniture. We felt so relieved to receive these services with such nice people who cared and understood urgency of our situation. Thank you Diego and Valley Elite Cleaning!"

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"
