He left so much dirty water standing on my carpet that I needed to turn on the HEAT to assist in the drying. The carpet dried showing the dry, dirty water still in my carpet. It took over two days to dry, but I was told that it would be dry in about six hours. I will not use this cleaner again!

My service rep was Chris, who took the job seriously and performed every detail to the highest quality standard possible. His demeanor is professional and present. He listened to the job description, gave me some options, and then did the work exactly as we agreed. He respected my home, was neat and organized and he worked non-stop until the job was done. He advised me how to keep the carpets from getting stained in the future, and he took great care in leaving my home in tip-top shape. Chris used the latest and best technology available in carpet cleaning, using a minimum of water and keeping his equipment and tools tidy and unobtrusive throughout the job. He expertly discussrd what to expect from his time here, as well as ways to keep the carpets dirt and stain-free for a long time to come. I have every intention of using him again when it is time to clean the carpets in this or any future home.
