He showed and explained to me about needing a water filtration system next to well water pump because sand and dirt is getting through, clogging water pipes. He also found the Rheem on demand water heater the previous owner installed is not powerful enough, so I'm having him come back to replace and install those."

The second day Carlos arrived to program our new thermostats to our phones, perfectly. He made sure we understood the functions on the wall thermostats as well as the phone.
