"I bought the Big Deal which was just for a single top coat to reseal the deck surface.  However, my deck was in a little bit worse shape than the deal allowed.  However, Ryan was awesome and added in sanding and then did the reseal for no additional charge.  The surface is not perfect but that is due to the rough pre-condition it was in and not his fault.  Shortly after the reseal the deck drains started leaking in to the garage below.  Ryan and crew came out again to fix the drain at no additional cost.  Again, this was not in the deal I bought but they provide such great customer service.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!

But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped. I am a single woman and we all know that many contractors like to take advantage of the lack of knowledge one might have in this area.   I interviewed many contractors for my project and found most to be substandard (to say the least) to my needs.  I found Bernal Construction from the time I first contact them to be very professional. Their Project Manager, Louise Williams is on top of her game from beginning to end.   It was a delight to work with her on this project.  She made sure that every thing was on track with this project which was delightful, since I was not in town for most of this remodel.  I knew I could depend on her. The owner, Raul Bernal is not only a great craftsman but insists that every detail of the project be up to his standards, which are high.  Both Raul and Louise are detail oriented and insisted that the job was perfect before giving their final blessing and handing me my final bill.  And even though the final payment was made, every time I call with a minor issue, they have been right here to correct.  I have felt very safe and secure not only with them but with their whole team of craftsmen. Thanks for inviting me into your family and for all the hard work!  GOOD JOB ALL, and I love the end result.

"I have a 2 bed/1bath townhouse.  The bathroom is small which is why I wanted professional input on how to make it a better space, perhaps ideas on storage/built-ins etc.  I thought that we would discuss (in general) cabinets/tile/paint etc and that he would be able to show me a 3-D picture of what my bathroom would look like once remodeled.  Maybe I got that idea from the title on the voucher or I watch too much HGTV.
He showed up on time and was professional.  I don't remember his name.  But he said that my bathroom was 'too small' to create a 3-D picture.  I found that a little ironic since the quote given to me was $10,000 for a remodel of my small bathroom. Especially considering that I wanted to keep my floors and I already had a marble countertop left over from the kitchen remodel.  
Beyond that, he did not have any additional design ideas on how to make the space more usable.  He did show me pictures of tile work from other jobs, which was nice, but I was expecting more.  
So be warned, if you have a 'small bathroom' they will NOT be able to provide a 3-D rendering of your bathroom.  Basically I paid $49 for a quote.
