Ken contacted me shortly after my request and came out to inspect the ceiling. He described what would need to be done to repair the cracked area and how it would be completed, including painting. The quote was lower than another I’d received through Angie’s which did not even include the painting on this very high ceiling area. I was very satisfied with the quotation and we scheduled the work to begin in two days. One full bath had a new floor installed and a new toilet installed. One bedroom wall needed new baseboard, installation, and painting. that bedroom needed new carpet installed. One kitchen wall was sanded and painted. Whole condo was deep cleaned. All work was excellent."

The wall-affixed garden hose was drilled in the wrong place and a second hole needed to be made into the side of my home. Caulking was used to fill the hole but damage was done. I recommend getting an in-person estimate from Douglas for your repairs. Fee $400 covered book shelf reinforcement, hang 4 curtain rods, hang 3 large frames, affix 2 retractable garden hoses to sides of home."
