"We?re very satisfied with our roof replacement. Ron coordinated the job really well and made the whole thing easy for us. The crew was quick, professional, and did a great job with both installation and cleanup. The roof looks excellent and we haven?t had any issues since. "I thought I was gonna have to replace the whole deck after I noticed one of the corners was starting to rot pretty bad. Honestly, I was already bracing myself for a full rebuild. But the guys at Expert Home Builders came out and told me they could just do a partial repair. Wasn?t expecting that but they made it work and saved me a ton. The patch blends in better than I thought it would and the deck feels solid again. I probably should?ve called them sooner, but glad I didn?t let it get worse."

"Xander's Coats Specialist just completed painting our ranch house. We had recently purchased the property and the exterior was in dire need of painting. The location is in a remote part northern Santa Barbara County and we put a request out on Angi's List since there are no paint contractor's in our immediate area. Erick reached out to me from the request on Angi's and traveled out to give us a quote. He quoted us a very fair price and we gave him the job. Erick and his team were incredibly professional and clean and their workmanship is stellar. Everything is done the right way, from prep to paint. You can tell they take great pride in their work and making their customers happy. We're extremely happy with their work and will be calling on them again for our next project."
