The serviceman called to see if he could could a bit early, which was OK, but it put me in kind of a hurry to get finished putting things away. The man was nice enough, but almost refused to move 2 pieces of furniture, even with my help, which I could easily move myself if I had too. The carpets looked OK at first but many stains came back almost as bad as they were before the cleaning, and I saw no indication that there was any stain pre-treatment done.The carpets have about 8 years of use, and were cleaned only a half-dozen times, so I expect a certain amount of stain problems, but not this bad. The man made a comment when I moved the TV, that he would have refused to touch it if it needed moved. It seems like he was a bit more interested in what he would not do than what he might do to make it a job well done. Can't see why I should not try a different company next time.
