They also made me feel part of the project which was awesome they let me get involved as much as I wanted which made this whole thing even better and more enjoyable. They also didnt get frustrated with me at all which i know can be hard at times because I know I can be difficult when it comes to having things how i want them. "Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."

"I had a very positive experience with Oscar from Dolphin Pool. He loaned me a filter for my pool because I needed a new one and was having a party within 2 days. The only negative thing was that he did not tell me that I would have to pay him or how much when he came out to put in the loaner. By loaning me his filter it gives me time to order a new one myself at a cheaper price but considering what I am paying for his rental and his labor to install the loaner I think it would have been cheaper for me to just go to the pool store and bought my own and had him install it. Now I have to pay for 2 installations. His response to my first contact with you guys was almost immediate and he met my needs since I had a party coming up. I will definitely use your service again."
