They also made me feel part of the project which was awesome they let me get involved as much as I wanted which made this whole thing even better and more enjoyable. They also didnt get frustrated with me at all which i know can be hard at times because I know I can be difficult when it comes to having things how i want them. "They sent someone out to come fix it. I go online when I have an issue, instead of calling. It is very easy. You go online and tell them what is broken. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."

"I had a very positive experience with Oscar from Dolphin Pool. He loaned me a filter for my pool because I needed a new one and was having a party within 2 days. The only negative thing was that he did not tell me that I would have to pay him or how much when he came out to put in the loaner. By loaning me his filter it gives me time to order a new one myself at a cheaper price but considering what I am paying for his rental and his labor to install the loaner I think it would have been cheaper for me to just go to the pool store and bought my own and had him install it. Now I have to pay for 2 installations. His response to my first contact with you guys was almost immediate and he met my needs since I had a party coming up. I will definitely use your service again."
