Rodrigo Morales LICENSE NUMBER 1116702 quoted us to have a tree removed in our front yard. He stated he came by to look at the tree and then gave us the quote and we scheduled the date. The day of the removal he came and then told us he couldn't climb the tree and he is going to have to find a lift and will contact us back. he messaged us back a few hours later and said the lift is $500 so he couldn't do it we tried messaging back to say we will pay for it no problem But he blocked us. He gave us his license number so I called The number on their website and spoke to a woman and she said he blocked us so we couldn't give a bad review on Facebook but she's willing to fix the problem. She told us we had to call around and find a lift though. We found one sent it to her she asked if we could pick it up but we don't have a vehicle able to tow so we said no she said ok and then we scheduled another day.
