The price quoted for the replacement car door key was higher than I had paid another locksmith in the past for mobile services. "The initial call was a bit sales-y but that is typical.  It was easy to go through although I would have liked them to be more up front about the contract.
A couple weeks later they shipped the security system to my house and I was able to put it together pretty easily. One note: if your door has a recessed frame you don't have to use the in-door system.  With a bit of ingenuity you can work out how to get the external ones to work.  They can meet at right angles.
Other than that you call to get it activated.  The people on the phone are professional and knowledgeable.  So far I'm satisfied.
