Thought my CEO have one safe when I scheduled it. The day of we realized he had 2 that needed to be opened. When the locksmith arrived I then had 3. Felt terrible but he didn't complain once. Got right to work and stayed well beyond normal business hours to get all 3 open. Couldn't be more satisfied. Will definitely use again.

The rep (OT) was very friendly, knowledgeable, prepared, and fast. He answered all the questions I had and didnâ t mind explaining everything to me while he worked. But you did get more materials and labor than you asked for in the quote, and the price was reduced from what you were quoted over the phone, so you did get better value and more labor for less than what you agreed to pay."
