"Was able to do the job within 3 days of initially talking to Josh.  He arrived  on time with his crew of 3 and prepared the lot by power blowing it first, then they filled all the large cracks with a rubberized crack filler.  They then applied a thick slurry coat.  They also re-striped the parking spaces and replaced two bumper stoppers that were damaged.Excellent service and finished product, would definitely recommend and use again."

I got them to give me an estimate to fix the leaks in the roof, but I thought it was too high, so I went with someone else. They did the job efficiently. They had a lot of guys out here. Very good price. I'm assuming it is done properly. We've had a lot of rain and I don't see any problems. I would use them again if they gave me that good deal. "First of all, this guy is a certificated ARBORIST! He knows trees!  This was very important to me.  I didn't want "some guy with a chainsaw" to tell me the trees had to come down.  
After looking over the trees and their location, he told me that the trees would continue their secondary growth and that growth would push up the pavers in the yard, and even if the pavers were reinstalled the secondary growth would push them up again over time.  He gave me some options to consider.
He is based out of central Orange County and because of distance, he declined to do work in Bellflower which was disappointing.
