They showed up on time & got straight to work. They moved the furniture & when they finished they cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite & respectful.

Mark came out and gave us the estimate to replace the carpet in our family room. We had used Mark's company before to remove carpet and install vinyl flooring in our upstairs bedrooms. His crew did an excellent job, so we hired him again to do our family room, 18 x 20. His crew came out and were able to install in one day. Looks beautiful and I would definitely recommend Mark and his workers. Very good people.

Mark was excellent. Knowledgeable, capable and completed the work is a very professional manner. Kept his working area clean and did a complete clean up including the driveway!! I have already recommended Mark and will do so again in the future.

Mark has worked on the whole entire project himself. Always on time, reliable, hardworking. His work is impeccable, he really puts all effort into his craft and will not settle until it is perfect. I never met a contractor who has that kind of attention to detail. Our floors turn out amazing and I will hire him next time when we need to replace floors on the first floor of our house. Mark Stephens with Newport Coast Flooring showed up at our house for the first job and second job (rehired him a few years later) to provide an estimate and he instantly became family. Mark is professional, non-pushy, genuine and so down to earth. He provided references, pictures of his work and spoke to us like an old friend...love that approach. He provides very detailed estimates and did not go over budget on either job. He even found us a pet friendly flooring. Sure there were some unforeseen add-ons we asked for but his original quote was true to his word. As far as the work he performs, let's just say this guy is a perfectionist. He was taking care of details quite frankly I don't think I would even have noticed but as he says, "when I work for a client, it is no different then working on my own home, no cutting corners, ever." Wow who does that these days? Arrived on time, worked late when needed, kept the place tidy and worked around us best he could. Suffice it to say, we are a customer for life and will always call on Newport Coast Flooring. I wish we had more flooring for him to do but we'll referring him without hesitation. Thank you Mark!

Mark did an excellent job replacing our baseboards. We had a lot of curved walls and difficult areas and he did an excellent job blending them in to look seamless. He was also reasonably priced. We would highly recommend him.
