"Better than I imagined. I liked that it is a family business. Sam is a hard worker and was very thorough with each area he cleaned. They were both friendly and professional, and I felt very comfortable with their presence in my home. The were very conscientious of little details like cords coming out of the walls and giving me shoe covers to use while the carpets were still damp. "Alejandros did an amazing job. He was very professional and extremely hard working. He originally did a small area in the kitchen to demonstrate the process and the results. He was not inexpensive, but after I saw the process, the time and amount of effort involved and his commitment to delivering a superior result, I thought it was absolutely worth every dollar. Also, while the work could be messy, Alejandros took great care to protect the cabinetry and fixtures and cleaned up the worksite thoroughly every day. When he was done, it was like we had new floors and countertops. I would hire Alejandros again in a heartbeat and recommend him highly."

No, you should not put a hot pan or pot directly on a quartz countertop. While quartz is generally heat-resistant, the resin binders used in its manufacturing are sensitive to extreme heat. Placing a hot pan on the surface can damage the resin, leading to discoloration or other cosmetic issues. If the heat exceeds 150 degrees Fahrenheit, it can cause permanent damage, such as burns or even cracking. To protect your countertop, always use trivets or hot pads.

Most repairs take 2-4 hours. Extensive repairs or full refinishing may require additional time, typically up to a full day.

To remove cloudiness from marble, use equal parts baking soda and water to form a paste. Apply it to the surface, allow it to sit for at least two hours, then wipe with a microfiber cloth. Another option is adding a couple of dish soap drops to warm water and wiping the surface after you’ve applied it to the surface. You may also consider using a liquid stone cleaner.

Engineered stone is known for its durability, lasting 15 to 20 years or longer. Of course, this range assumes high-quality materials and regular maintenance. After a couple of decades, the stone will start showing its age. Watch for discoloration, fading, stains, and burns, but it’s unlikely that engineered stone will experience structural failure.
