Superior Painters

The quality of the painting was good. But the job was finished a bit later than promised and the painters didn’t clean up the grounds completely after they were done.

I had to explain to them how to fix the situation on my roof. I thought they would know how to fix it. Very expensive since I had to give him the information how to repair the pipe on my roof.

Had to come back to finish job but was done satisfactory.

I made a very detailed quote, showed up on time, did a great job and finished one day early! I am very satisfied with Superior Painters!!

Overall they did a good job, had to put another coat of stain on it. Was told originally that there would be 3 coats of stain and the painter only put two coats. They came back and added another coat. I was very unhappy with the job they did at first but they made it right, I also had a very hard job to match the stain to the other walls but they gave it their best effort. You get what you pay for and in the future I would not choose Superior Painters.

They showed up on time but did not do all the things listed on the invoice.

Bill and Willie were extremely helpful. They were right on time and even called to make sure I was there at the house so they could be in their way. They were clean and the work on my front door came out great. I would use again.

The owner never came over and only sent one guy to do the job. I called him and had nothing but excuses. What was supposed to be a three day job is now a six day job. I have two dogs that I cannot leave out my backyard so I have to walk them 5 times a day! The dogs are upset and don t understand why they can t go outside ..

They got back to me quickly. Came out and gave me a bid quickly. Their quality of the work is great.

They have completed the interior and did a great job including making sure there was no splatter anywhere. Very clean. We are hiring them to do the outside in about a month.

Had them refinish some old paneling, they matched the other cabinets expertly. Very happy with the results.

I thought a bit expensive for 15 minutes of work but you know, they are apparently the only one's in a very small town so they have the corner. The job is done.

BEWARE. I thought that the businesses through home advisor would be professional and honest. I was wrong. Make sure you get at least 3 bids and get every detail in writing! After they power washed the house, the owner suddenly realized he under bid the job and tried to get more money from me. I was floored. So he started taking items off the bid because he didn't remember the fact that I talked to him and texted him several times about struggling with picking paint colors . And then he said he would have charged more if the house wasn't being painted the same color. I'm so tired of being jacked around by businesses in Big Bear. I'll hire people I know and trust down the hill instead of giving my business to locals.

It's been 7 weeks and the job is still NOT done. Hired them to paint my house in Running Springs and replace some wood trim. Bill, the owner, gave me a decent price. They started July 23, 2018 and it's now September 3, 2018 and the job is NOT done. The one person doing the job that Bill sent out admitted he was NOT a painter. Bill had the person give him a price to do the job and he added $$ to it and that was the price Bill gave me. I did not know this prior to hiring the Superior Painters. In fact, didn't know this until three weeks into the job when Bill first came to the job site looking for payment in full. The one worker wasn't even close to finishing. Also, the wood trim was painted on the wrong side on some boards and still put up that way. The worker comes at night, some nights, because he is busy with other things during the day. When I mentioned to Bill that things were not good, he actually asked "Can you live with it?" "What if I take some $$ off the price?" Really? This is how you do business? The owner of the company employs a NON painter to paint my house and then asks if I 'can live with it? Bill has been to my house twice, both times to ask for money believing the job was done. WOW. You should come out and check your worker's work periodically.

have not had a chance to review the work at this point, but certainly they responded, showed up and did the job, when I get the ability to review the work I'll add to this post.

The professional is knowledgeable, professional, and his price was great. The professional is very hard working.
