"I bought a Big Deal for 3 men for 2 hours with a moving truck for under $200. I had everything very prepared, furniture was empty & clean, drawers removed, ready to go. They wrapped all furniture with packing blankets & my super large mirror with bubble wrap & packing blankets. Alex & one other man packed, drove, unpacked everything in just over the alotted time, but didn't charge me extra. They were great...punctual, fast, efficient, neat and very personable. "The big deal is NOT a big deal, but it may just be a misunderstanding. $2800 is the REGULAR fee for 8 hours of service. According to CA it does not have a value of $4000. If I use the deal the cost is 2800. If I don't use the deal, the cost is 2800, except that I can also use the 5% Angie's List discount. So, not using the deal will save me money. Hence, I'm asking for a refund. I think AL needs to be more careful to make sure that when advertising a big deal, that there is some kind of discount involved. This is the 2nd time I've had to get a refund for a big deal because of supposed miscommunication between the company and AL. This is for AL information. I don't think it needs to be part of the company's review."

"They had to cut concrete, dig a trench, lay conduit and rewire my pool pump, pool light, and sprinkler controller. The job was completed in one day. They filled in a hole that I had dug, cleaned up, and replanted the rose bushes that they had to remove for the trench. Clean, neat, and very competent. I will hire them again in a heartbeat for anything else I need. Thanks!"
