When the technicians arrived (on time) to do the work a few days later, we were pleasantly surprised how considerate they were. They were efficient, knowledgable, and cleaned up after themselves. They even brought their own vacuum cleaner. We would use them again. So nice that we didn't have to move out for a few days and are confident our problem has been taken care of."

"It went very well and I really appreciated their responsiveness and efforts.  My only issue was after the possum was trapped and was sitting in the cage, no one came to get it for quite awhile.  It was an extremely hot day and the possum was trapped in the blazing sun for hours, so I just felt really bad about that.  I called a few times to urge them to hurry up and come get it but it was not until later in the day.

We were offered a discount for paying a full year of service and the customer service has been excellent thus far. We have only had one service performed since we signed up but we are very hopeful this will be a very good pest control service provider. We also asked for early notification prior to service dates as we have a pet that must be kept inside on service days. Office staff has been friendly and pest control summaries (showing chemicals used) provided on service dates."
