"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"We were impressed with Hi-Tech Termite Control from start to finish. We had 3 estimates for termite treatment for our home. All 3 reported the same thing - subterranean termites - yet Hi-Tech seemed to offer the best deal. Their price was the least expensive, yet they were the only ones who guaranteed their work for 3 years, to include 3 yearly inspections following the date of service. Of course, any evidence of termites during this period would be eradicated by them at no cost. Great peace of mind. They were timely and professional in all interactions. "I was moving from Texas and it took quite a while to getting used to idea that I would be living in a house that may be older than my age - and I have fewer years to live than the years that I have lived!
We found this house in El Cerrito, except that the inspections revealed a long list of improvements that I must make.  One of them was that the house had sub-terranian  termites.  The estimate from the pest inspector was running into thousands of dollars.  It was quite depressing.  I browsed through Angies List every other day and one fine day I found this Deal.  I quickly signed up for it.  
When I called Sea, he was very courteous.  He requested two visits - an "inspection visit", and "treatment visit".  I asked for a specific date for the inspection when I was flying from Texas, and he gave me the exact date.  During the visit, he consoled me that the situation was really under control and that there would not be any additional charge.  The coverage area was well within what the coupon was good for.
Right after closing, I wanted to have the wooden floor re-finished.  This contractor had asked for the entire week.  I wanted to get the termite treatment done during the same week so that we can move that week-end.  Sean gave me a day during that week.  I was not at the house when he came to the house and did the treatment.  
He sent me the report the very next week.  It pointed out the areas were termites were found.  I was slightly confused by the report because he had used the same report template that they must be using for "Inspection Reports".  So I had to call him to confirm if he did just inspection or actual treatment.  He confirmed that he had actually done the treatment and pointed out in the report.

Overall, this was an excellent experience for me - both as an Angie's List member as well as for using "We care Pest Control".

"This service is worth every penny even though pricey.  They did everything they said they would do and accommodated all my little requests.  They were professional, thorough and cleaned up after they were done.  The warranty is great too.  My attic smells great (for an attic yeah hard to believe) and I feel better knowing nothing will be getting in this winter since we heard scratching going on last winter.  They set traps as a precaution even though there is nothing active going on, so yes very thorough.  I would definitely recommend them for this service, as I could not believe this type of service was even out there.
