"This project is held up by the insurance process. We are in litigation over a dispute of the value of the property that is being demolished. The time frame for the project is May 9th - June 9th as long as we get the appraisals done. Daniel Shoemaker also referred me to the excavator / grading specialist / foundation contractor. All the foundation contractors that have contacted me through Angie have either told me they don’t do this work or made appointments that they didn’t show up for. Daniel’s team mates seem like they are the best choice that will help us complete this project a-z. I am currently looking for an architect to draw up the foundation plans so that we can get the approvals from the HCD. When I have requested this info from Angi, it keeps ha ing an “error”.
