"I emailed Kristin to arrange for a day/time to install my holiday lighting after buying the Big Deal but didn't hear back for several days so I called Kristin. The reason my email was not answered was a glitch in the email system, but when I spoke to Kristin on the phone she was able to schedule a date/time for installation. The lighting was installed, but several strands did not go on. I called Kristin to report the problem and she kindly arranged for Nick and another gentleman to come back to my house to troubleshoot. Turned out that too many strands had been connected on one area of the house, so after they fixed the the problem, all the lights went on. Nick and the other gentleman were very nice and helpful in figuring out why several light strings had not gone on. The lighting is beautiful and I'm very happy with it.
