After interviewing three different contractors, my husband and I hired Denali based on their reviews, our interaction with the owners Victor and Mayra and their fair pricing. We had a large wooden gazebo and birdhouse totally rebuilt to match our existing ones as well as some siding repair. Victor and his crew did an AMAZING job particularly on our two tiered detailed wooden gazebo with decorative molding and a cupola! We could not have been happier with the QUALITY of their workmanship. Victor showed up every morning to review our project with me and his crew. His crew, Andres, Miguel, Al and Andy did beautiful work! They arrived daily at 0730 and left promptly at 3:30. They were friendly, professional, respectful and workmanship was detail oriented. Their work area was always left very clean at the close of the day. Lastly...Victor's wife and Co-owner Mayra is GREAT! "Very well done project. David was articulate in explaining what he thought he needed to do. He (they?) removed the tile/grouting from the surface and all the thin-set underneath. I had a lot of rotten plywood that needed to be replaced. He removed all plywood, let the wood joists dry out (1 day) and installed new 5/8" plywood. He applied several coatings to that surface. There was a metal lath, a layer of deckcrete, then acrylic patching over any imperfections. Then a fiberglass mat saturated with laminating resins. Then a knock-down texture coating and lastly a resin sealer finish coat. We chose the color, and it was done in 3 or 4 days. The only problem I encountered was that he didn't have a stucco guy available to patch the several inches of stucco that had to be removed to replace the flashing. In all honestly, he told me that the flashing was probably good and didn't need to be replaced. So that is another job I am now finding a vendor to do. It would've been nice to have the entire job completed by David. He was even willing to work over the Memorial Day weekend to catch up on a day he lost due to rain. That was very diligent of him. (He didn't need to, after all.) If he had had a stucco guy, I'd have rated him 100%. Good work, fast work, nice guy, left the place clean. I would consider him again. Thank you, David."

"This is the second time I've hired Del Mar for my landscaping needs and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They've managed to turn my overgrown, junky backyard into a beautiful oasis. They removed all of the ugly, weed-infested planters I had and put down a high quality artificial turf. They also made sure my palm trees were removed from their cracked pots and planted into the ground, and help me replace a dead orange tree. Everything looks fantastic now. Before the end of the year, I plan to have them help me turn and overgrown area behind my garage into a hidden private grotto with a jacuzzi and gazebo."
