"I needed repair on my balcony/patio cover where some of the main structural beams had dry-rot and needed to be replaced. I received a quick, fair and reasonable quote by Eric. No minimum charge BS as others were quoting. His 2 employees showed up on time and were very professional and banged a quality job out in 3 hours. This job would have been very difficult to do on my own. I was very impressed with the two workers, they were knowledgeable, capable and performed a quick quality job. I'm very happy that I hired Eric Pennington Termite and Construction Inc. for this job and will use them again if needed in the future. They have my highest recommendation."

"The actual work product put out by the workers who came to my home to build/construct my gazebo were outstanding. However, the staff who came out to do the initial contact were never given my phone number so when they were late I could not contact them and had to call the home office. They could not contact me either so there was a brief concern over the customer service. Once they arrived I was able to explain what my concerns were and they understood. The initial call came to me from Home Advisor and not Home2Renovate so that was why there was a mixup as to the initial appointment. Other than that, everything else was great including the bid price they provided for my project."
