"I have worked with Skip Murphy on a purchase and a sale during the last few years have been consistently impressed by his honesty and integrity, his knowledge and skill as a real estate broker, his professionalism, and his ability to work with people and make things happen. The following thoughts about a recent listing and sale should help understand why I think so highly of Skip. I found him to be exceptionally skillful and professional throughout a long, drawn-out (multi-month) negotiation that could have and probably would have failed if he hadn’t been involved.
