"Elite Construction in Santa Barbara came in and remodel both of my bathrooms (master and hallway). They did the demolition of the old floor (two layers of vinyl and 1/2 inch particle board) and installed new underlayment, vinyl, and then the cabinets. Jerry, (the owner) gave me an hourly rate to help lower costs on my remodel and Roberto (site supervisor) worked with Cesar and did excellent work bringing my expectations/ideas to life.
