He did the maintenance descaling treatment throroughly. He then showed me on a diagram where the plumbing was never installed correctly, suggesting that this might be the reason the heater runs too much. While with me he called the manufacturer and talked to a master technician who verified the incorrect installation. He recommended that I contact the homebuilder to get it fixed, rather than charging me to fix it himself. Some days later he called just to check on things. While initially his manner seemed less attentive than I might have expected, in the end I came to really appreciate his knowledge, experience, and forthrightness. I recommend him highly."

At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system.
