They said when they finished painting, they were going to wash all my windows and they didn't do that. Overall I was pleased with what they did. They also did masonry work, carpentry and plumbing."

I have used them before to do the Ventura County mandatory fire abatement tree trimming and they did a great job with that too. But this time it was a very large live oak removal due to disease that was determined to be a hazard to our house. From the time of determination and submitting the permit paperwork from an arborist, to removal of a two stemmed trunk --11 days including grinding the huge,two-pronged stump. From review and bidding, to actual removal the team was courteous, prompt and thorough. Can't say enough good about them. BTW, did I mention that they beat out two other bids! Enough said!"

"What a professional family-run business! I had 4 trees that needed to be removed (melaleuca, avocado and 2 pine trees). Abel is very friendly and knowledgeable; he spent a lot of time with us giving advice for what trees and shrubs would be good for the backyard. He arrived on-time for the bid, and when we accepted it, he and his hard-working crew were there the very next morning (a Sunday!). The team was great - polite and professional - and with their heavy equipment, they did the job in one day. They left the job site in great condition. I will be hiring Abel and Discount Tree Care Arborist to come back to plant two new trees and some shrubs. Thank you Abel and DTCA!"

"We loved Kerry's tree service. We got three quotes to remove a large decaying sycamore from our steep back hill that was overhanging our downhill neighbors' property. Kerry's was by far the cheapest at $1,500 (compared to $2,000 and $3,800). I was very happy to learn they came in so low, since Kerry's had by far the best reviews I'd seen on Angie's list. Those reviews were well-deserved. They arrived as scheduled at 7:30am and were finished by 11am. They were friendly, responsive, quick, easy, efficient, clean, and respectful of our neighbors. I'm not even sure how they finished so fast. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them strongly to others without hesitation."
