We had a very positive experience with Greene Tree Service. The owner, John Fleming, spent a lot of time with us evaluating how best to trim 4 trees that had some issues. The crew arrived on time and completed the job in a couple hours. I was impressed at their artistry. They did a nice job trimming just enough to clean up and thin the trees while achieving a balanced look. They judiciously removed branches and dead material overhanging a fence to minimize the amount of material dropping from the trees onto a neighboring yard. We were very pleased with their work!

The Greene Tree Care crew did a great job trimming my large overgrown avocado tree. It looks really great and I feel like I have my backyard back! I was worried about that the tree would look bare, but they did a great job evenly trimming the tree and taking off just the right amount. They also did an amazing clean up job including picking up all the small avocados that fell off the tree while it was trimmed. The backyard looked beautiful when they were finished and I didn't have to do a thing. I would highly recommend Greene Tree Care!

They arrived on time. Completed project the second morning. They were very careful working around other trees and shrubs. Left areas clean swept. Most importantly they used the appropriate equipment for the job a tractor boom truck.

Jon Greene's Tree Care did an outstanding job removing a tree from our yard. The prices were very reasonalbe for the quailty of performance. They cleaned up very nicely and made sure it looked back to normal. They were very professional and I would use them again.

Months ago, The Arborist gave us an estimate - but on the day of the job he failed to show up at the job site to show his employees which trees to remove... no trees were marked so we showed his workers the job. He had not marked the trees to be removed or limbs to be pruned, that was left to us with some communication issues but they were few and manageable. I feel that it would have been wise to show up with the workman to make sure they are cutting the correct trees... The workers were fantastic, safe and took great care with the landscape. They were prompt and skilled. All the trees were removed on time and cleanup was completed and also well done. On the down side - Their hydraulic Chipper leaked oil on to our recently sealed street and neighbors have noticed. I wished that they had itemized the Estimates and final invoice. I don't feel that we were provided the service level that we hired an Arborist to provide - there was not much difference between this company and other Tree Removal Companies I have dealt with over my years in The Tree Farming industry.

Jon Greene and his staf was wonderful all around. Joan in the office was great at handling making the appointments for our multiple work days. John Flemming's service was outstanding. He assisted us in the quote process and was very responsive to all of our needs. Jon Greene cam out and walked the grounds with us identifying issues that we needed to adress and was instrumental in us developing our work plan. The tree crews that came to our facility worked hard and were very professional. They were prompt and cleaned up well when they finished the job. We look forward to creating a maintenance plan and continuing to do work with Jon Greene and his staff.

The operation went well. GTC showed up on time and worked steadily. They didn't harm any of the sprinkler wiring system. They did break one light in the back with the stump grinder, but that was really my fault. The light had been unused for years, was overgrown with flowers and I was unaware it was there. They did a good job on cleanup.
It did take them a long time - almost 2 months - between the time they gave me an estimate and the time they did the work. That surprised me, but I was in no hurry. They gave me a firm date and time well before the work date. I thought the estimate was on the high side, but I hired them for their professionalism and the fact that they were licensed and bonded. (They had worked for me before.)
I highly recommend them.

About an hour after calling and leaving a message for Green's Tree Service I had a call back. The woman was very professional and said that she had someone at lunch who could give me an estimate, and he would be there within an hour. He showed up within this time frame and estimated $150.00 and that he had the stump grinder with him, would I like him to do it now. Now I really don't know if the price is competitive or not. But, it sounded reasonable and hey-strike while the iron is hot. He had a four wheeled, rather large stump grinder on a trailer. he "drove" it off and onto the driveway and preceded to grind the stumps. The whole job took about an hour. Afterward he cleaned up, i gave him a check and he left.
Now either Green's Tree service is pretty savvy to send someone they new could do it right there, or it was just serendipitous, either way I got it done no muss no fuss. I was very satisfied and would have no hesitation to use Green's again.

The three gentleman arrived on time, worked very hard and waited to start up the chipper until it was necessary then turned it off. I look forward to hiring them in the future and highly recommend them. I believe that I was charged a fair price for all the work they did. They cleaned up beautifully and left.

Jon Greene came out for the estimate. He's very responsive, knowledgeable, and his estimates are reasonable. The crew is professional and safe. They are thorough, and cleaned up very thoroughly each of the three days they worked. We've used them in the past and will again in the future.

We had a large crew here very early in the morning and they worked so hard for the whole day. The man who did the stump grinding did a good job and a replacement tree has been recommended for the whole left behind. Our yard looks so cleaned up and good.Apparently some of the crew members have been with Jon for 30 years, it is no wonder they are good.They are very particular and trim trees beautifully, they are polite and friendly and always clean up well at the end of the day. Apparently they take care of all of the trees at North Ranch Country Club and sherwood Country Club, Sunset Hills, and a lot of other golf courses, shows how good they are I think.

They are pretty expensive. We have lots of trees so they trim them and the hedges, too. They know the tree and trim pretty good, but the problem for us is they don't cut enough so we have to trim more often and that's what I've noticed. They were punctual. The person who cuts the tree is pretty good, but the company is too expensive. I would use them again in the future. I have a home owner and they hire them and they handle my trees so I would use them again in the future.

The job evaluation & quote process by Jon was straight forward and efficient. The three workers showed-up 20-min. early! Two worked in the tree while the one on the ground facilitated and hauled out the prunings. I thought they accomplished the job surprisingly fast considering the high-quality of the work. The podocarpus monster was beautifully tamed in about 3 hrs. The only quibble I had was about protection of the house and plants under the tree. A garden window was in the hazard area and they had no protective plywood sheets. The guy on the ground placed a ladder over the window and stood on it facing out toward the falling limbs and deflected the limbs with a shovel! It worked, but was not wonderful on my nerves. The plants & shrubs in the hazard area got beat-up but they all recovered in time. Overall, I was quite happy with the whole process and very pleased with the results.
