"Acute Plumbing is an incompetent and untrustworthy business. We had a project with them to replace a tank water heater with Rinnai RU180iN tankless water heater recently. The contract includes equipment, labor and fittings. After installation, the water heater is not supplying hot water consistently. Sometimes it supplies hot water; sometime it does not. No one knows when the water suddenly gets cold. The plumber from Acute Plumbing repaired it twice, tried to locate causes in multiple attempts but failed. The plumber admitted in person that the water heater installed in our premise has quality issues. When we asked for a refund, the plumber promised to buy back the product and install a replacement one for us. I contacted them two days later to solve the problem. They replied that if there is a quality problem, you should go to the manufacturer. They changed their mind! We paid the contract in full. They promised to “guarantee our workmanship and prioritize customer satisfaction. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality plumbing services that meet your needs. ”. Now what? They are not solving our problems at all. We are left with a faulty water heater. Such a business is not trustworthy at all. We are asking a lawyer to sue this unscrupulous business."
