"The crew showed up when scheduled and completed the job of trimming three trees and a very difficult group of eucalyptus in one day. They did a very good job and left the work area clean. I wanted to give the company a straight 5 star rating. However, when I requested a follow up because one tree was shading a solar panel, George repeatedly said he'd take a look and I'd wait and wait and wait... This went on for 5 weeks. He never did show and the person who did come by said the trim could be redone for 2X the original cost to trim the tree. $900 In summary, I can say they did a good job but be sure they have done all you want before they leave. They do not easily come back for a fix-it visit."

They did not add to the price when the work turned out to be more complicated than expected. "Pedro and his team came in to a BIG mess that we had not anticipated due to a tenant not maintaining the yard the way they promised to do. They came to do the estimate and were ready to get started. They pulled weeds from the rocks, cut back plants, roses, removed dead plants and truly helped the yard to look like a yard again instead of a weed field! Although we had spoken about then cutting out one dead plant, they actually took out a few others we had not discussed, so that was a little disappointing, but overall, a good job, I would recommend Pedro and his team and will use them again for clean up."
