Trimmed my front yard tree a little more than I expected. Back yard cleanup was done as we discussed. It was completed in shorter time than planned, and looks very nice.

The crew showed up when scheduled and completed the job of trimming three trees and a very difficult group of eucalyptus in one day. They did a very good job and left the work area clean. I wanted to give the company a straight 5 star rating. However, when I requested a follow up because one tree was shading a solar panel, George repeatedly said he'd take a look and I'd wait and wait and wait... This went on for 5 weeks. He never did show and the person who did come by said the trim could be redone for 2X the original cost to trim the tree. $900 In summary, I can say they did a good job but be sure they have done all you want before they leave. They do not easily come back for a fix-it visit.

This company deserves more than 5 stars. Carlos and his team went beyond my expectations in every way possible. I was contacted within minutes of my request for an estimate, and I was able to get an estimate the next day. The estimate was reasonable for the work involved, and we were able to schedule service a week later. The team arrived that day and took care of the entire job like a finely oiled machine! I was so impressed. And to top it off, Carlos is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional, that I felt that he had my back the entire time. I am certain that I will be calling again in the future for other jobs.

We had an emergency situation in which numerous long branches snapped from a 100 foot cypress over the past two weeks, endangering our fences and gates and possibly blocking our driveway. A tree trimmer was a no show yesterday and I contacted Home Advisor. They recommended Prodigy Works, and Carlos contacted me within several hours and said theyâ d be out today. He arrived this morning, evaluated the tree and its health and gave a very fair estimate.They arrived several hours later with a large crew and two of the tree trimming trucks with extending ladders. The crew worked very hard and carefully, aware of the rain and wind gusts forecast to arrive within hours. They were extremely respectful and communicated about the progress while working and carefully cleaned up the area after finishing I truly appreciate their quick response and great communication and thorough work, especially in an emergency situation that was panicking us! They were very reassuring and helpful. We were also relieved by their honest assessment that the tree is healthy, but needs some trimming to thrive. That assessment was seconded by a PG&E arborist who assessed the tree after Carlos. Highest recommendation. And thank you, Prodigy Works!
