"Our remodeled kitchen exceeded all expectations. Leoni’s eye for design brought our ideas to life, creating an open and functional layout perfect for entertaining. The team’s craftsmanship was top-notch, and they respected our home, leaving it clean each day. The project was finished on time and within budget, and our kitchen now feels like a welcoming and sophisticated part of our home. "Edwin did a fantastic job on my cabinets; really careful with the details and the kitchen looks amazing. Took a full week although the kitchen was unavailable only part of that time. Price was better than other bids, and excellent service and followup. They have a bit of a backlog of work, but worth the wait. only thing, would have been nice to clarify in advance that the garage space (or other space to work) was needed. fortunately my garage was already fairly clear. Thanks again, this really changes the whole house!"

"It went extremely well. Felipe worked on this quickly with another skilled worker (another great, talented, and friendly person). I'm extremely satisfied with the work. He went above and beyond. He's capable of doing everything, and doing it extremely well. I've known him for awhile, for a smaller job he did for my in the past. We live roughly in the same neighborhood. The project included some plumbing replacement, adding insulation, a small roofing project with associated roof penetrations, a brand new kitchen from some cabinets and kitchen hardware I picked out, flooring, floor leveling with concrete, miscellaneous electrical work and improvements to my existing routing (including adding some fixtures), coordination with his countertop subconsultant, plaster repair with drywall, and EXTREMELY good finish carpentry (I can't imagine anyone else who would take the time and effort to do what he did here) I hired him before, I'd hire him again if he'd be interested (it sounds like in a few months we'll have some more work lined up?), and I am recommending him to my other architect friends. He's basically helped me renovate a great majority of my house, and an addition I built myself."

"Braden arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a timely fashion. Another Angi contractor had quoted a significant repair cost and Braden fixed the problem at a much lower cost."

Grill Assembly questions, answered by experts

Built-in gas grills typically have a life span of 10 to 15 years. However, their longevity can vary based on quality, usage frequency, climate conditions, and maintenance routines. High-quality models made from durable materials tend to last longer. Additionally, regular cleaning, covering the grill when not in use, and conducting routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning burners and replacing worn-out parts can extend its life. A well-maintained built-in gas grill can provide excellent performance and memorable cooking experiences for a decade or more, making it a worthwhile investment for outdoor cooking enthusiasts.

The most significant benefit of having a gas grill over a propane grill is that you never run out of fuel unless there’s an outage in your area, which is rare. Unlike with a propane grill, you’ll never need to haul tanks back and forth to a local fill station, and you’ll never find yourself unable to use your grill because you forgot to refill your tanks. Gas grills also burn slightly cleaner than propane grills, and natural gas costs significantly less than propane, meaning it’s more affordable to run your grill.

All U.S. states require permits for gas grill installation, so you’ll have to get one before you move forward with your project. Permits help ensure that the gas line runs safely to avoid gas leaks and explosions. Gas line permits can usually also only be pulled by certified plumbers, which means you’ll have to hire a professional from the start. The permit for a gas line installation for a gas grill usually costs between $100 and $300. You can contact your installation company or building department for more accurate pricing.

Gas grill installation costs around $540 on average, not including the price of the actual grill, and most homeowners pay between $120 and $1,400. This total will go toward laying down a new gas line, connecting it to your existing gas system, pressure testing the line, and connecting it to your grill. Your total project price will depend on the length of the gas line, whether or not the line needs to be installed underground, and the cost of the permits in your area.

Depending on the appliance and labor requirements, costs range from $150 to $500.
