South Bay Grill Cleaning

Great, second time I've used them. I would highly recommend them!

Last year Mike did a full clean on our grill, and he did an outstanding job.  Our grill, which we've had since 2006, looked like new when he was finished.  Earlier this year we had a problem with the grill, and Mike came right out to do the repair.  Then just this month Mike did another cleaning on our grill for us.  Once again, we are very pleased with his service. Not only does our grill look great, but it functions better as well.  An added bonus is that the grill cleaning tools that Mike sells are excellent! His grill cleaning tools have replaced everything else we were using.

Mike P. was easy to reach and we set up an appointment to have him stop by to see what needed to be done. At Mike's request, we had to reschedule, but it all went smoothly. He showed up on time and was clear and professional about what did and did not need to be done. We set up a service appointment for a thorough cleaning and replacement of the ignitor. The appointment was kept on time and their work was a very impressive process, with two young men working skillfully for a very long time. We were very happy with the glowingly clean result and plan to have a yearly visit.

They showed up on time and covered our deck with a tarp, then worked for nearly 3 hours. Super thorough and cleaner than I imagined (no mess nearby either). It's basically like new.

This is the second time Mike has come to clean our grill and both times I haven't been disappointed.  He does a very thorough job, and the grill looks sparkling like new when he leaves.  He takes the time to show you all the parts inside he cleaned, fixes whatever might not be working, and obviously takes pride in his work.  

Mike and his team did a great job.  They totally cleaned and went over my 10 year old Fire Magic grill.  Also advised that two burners and one grate were faulty and since they had lifetime warranties, suggested I return them to the dealer for replacement, which I did.  Also had them clean our two oven racks.   Grill is now like new.  Pays to buy the best as most ten year old grills would be in the junk pile.

Mike and his team mate showed up on time for both Jobs - Did a excellent job, covered flagstone and other areas as to not get BBQ grease all over.  I would highly recommend South Bay Grill Cleans.  I will for sure use them again.

My grill looks and works like new. Well worth it. Service was fast and professional using Lynx parts. Two man team did the work. I will use this service regularly from now on to keep my grill up to par.

Mike was great.  He came to assess two outdoor grills,: one large and one regular size BBQ.   They had been left behind by past tenants and both looked disgusting but we had been told they were usable.   He gave them a thorough going over, checked if they worked properly and gave us a good assessment of their condition and our options. We chose to have him immediately clean the smaller grill. He did a terrific job and we were very pleased. Highly recommend him.

Found the burners to be beyond repair and got the company to replace them under warranty. Made several trips to collect old burners and install new ones, at no extra charge.  Mike is a real professional, easy to deal with, and very responsive. I highly recommend him  without reservation.

My sister who lives in Torrance told me about this grill cleaning service she used. So I called the owner Mike on Saturday and he came to clean my grill the following Wednesday morning. I wanted to surprise my husband with a clean and sparkling bbq for his birthday and Mike was able to repair the grill by changing out an ignition lighter too. I am pleased with the work, the grill is very clean and shiny, and my husband loved grilling on it. Great work, thank you Mike!

I was surprised that there was so much equipment involved with cleaning a BBQ. The cleaners set up a dip tank where they cooked the grates and other dirty parts. There were also he use of power tools, hand tools, and a whole lot of scrubbing. They did an awesome job and the grill looks great. I'm amazed at how clean the grill can look.
