Their salesman used high-pressure tactics, even coming back to our home after we had already said no, and kept lowering the price until we felt pressured and overwhelmed. price was still much higher then the company we decided to go with . We decided to cancel the roofing contract on July 30th, which was well within the cancellation period. However, as of today, the company has not returned our deposit and has given us no communication about when we will receive it. This is not how a professional company should treat customers. We are still waiting for our money to be returned."
