Believe me, we never expected them to labor so hard and we were skeptical dealing with other contractors that always go double the promised timelines. They helped patch walls for free where we had plumbing work done by our plumber. Not only are these guys professional, but they are neat, organized, and always clean up after themselves. They walked us through tile/material selections in the beginning. And they even moved our furniture for us during the process. Coming up with solutions to questions before you think to ask them. Can't say enough."

"Found that the dispenser was damaged inside.  Could not fix.  Had to come back the next morning to fix leaking under the sink due to the work on the dispenser.  Re routed the water line so that we would still have water to the refrigerator but the join leaked so I had to turn it off at the valve.  The rerouting meant that I could not push back the sliding shelf that holds the supplies.  Had to remove it to be able to close the cabinet door.
