Give them a call -- you'll be dealing with an independent mover, not some impersonal, national chain and you'll feel the difference in the service. I'm sure that they would be great for a local move, however, I used them for a move between Palo Alto and La Jolla. They picked up on time one morning and delivered on time the next morning despite a horrendous overnight rainstorm. (I would have understood completely if they had been delayed.) Assisted me in putting some of my very personal, delicate things in my car. They packed the tv's and put plastic wrap around my recliner and sofas.
