Incredibly careful, incredibly fast. These people know what they are doing. Iâ ve worked with many other companies and the movers either break stuff or are clearly under the influence etc. this company has all professionals that truly work well with each other to ensure your belongings are moved safely and with care amd by far the most efficient quick service you could imagine. Quite literally everything you would want to have as your experience with a moving company you will find here. Hands down the best moving company around.

We had the pleasure of working with Julie, Carlos, John, and Tim, and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and so friendly. They made the entire moving process enjoyable (never thought I'd say that). Flexibility: When I needed to change the moving times due to loading dock reservations, it wasn't an issue at all. The team was accommodating and worked around our schedule seamlessly. Accurate Estimates: Julie provided an estimate that was spot on, transparent, and fair. There were no surprises at the end, which made planning my finances for the move much easier. Supplies and Assembly: Not only did they bring all necessary supplies, but the crew also expertly assembled our two beds, Peloton, and other furniture. Multiple Pick-ups: They handled pick-ups from both my apartment and a storage unit without any complications. Their coordination was flawless. Responsive and Reassuring: Julie was exceptional in her customer service. She answered all my questions promptly and always reassured me whenever I felt nervous and anxious about the move. Overall Experience: Moving can be stressful, but they made it as smooth and straightforward as possible. They are reliable, trustworthy, and come highly recommended for anyone looking to move. I found Fast Masters Movers through an Angi referral and I'm so glad I did. The crew of four meant they worked efficiently. I was really impressed with how each member of the team worked to support the crew as a whole and cooperated. They kept track of all the parts and tools and remembered my concerns about the player piano, making sure to protect that area throughout the move. Seeing as my baby grand had to make it down a long set of stairs, I'm glad I had this team on the job! They attended to details like ensuring my daughter's electric bike was brought back upstairs, since it'd been moved out of the way and putting the screen door back on its hinges. Nothing was damaged and they kept me informed when they made a stop in transit.

While the main mover, was stellar, his young assistant needed to be guided and told what to do every step of the way. The estimate had a $40.00 booking fee, in which the owner, Julie would not waive. The move was a 15 minute drive from one city to another which included EXACTLY 5 pieces of furniture and two potted plants, (one 4.5 foot olive tree and a lemon tree in clay pots). I was told disassembly and assembly of my bed, would be included. I specifically asked for them to bring an electric drill to do so. They did not. The bed was disassembled using a screwdriver. Although efficient, (and didnt take more than 10 minutes), I asked not be be charged for their time for not providing the right tool. I did verify with the owner, before hand that a drill would be brought for this purpose. Granted their were 6 steps moving from one house and three to get into the new house. The quote was $352.00, the cost, close to $600.00. Due to the large variance in cost, (and the fact this move involved so little furniture) as I personally moved everything that needed to be boxed. I felt overcharged.

I was clear prior to the move (with over 28 emails) that I was not waiving the booking fee. I discounted everything possible and lowered our hourly rate for you. I was extremely accommodating and our team was amazing. I took off the 10 minutes extra the screw driver took there were six pieces of furniture, 10 boxes a flight of stairs, things were moved that were not on the inventory yet we moved them at no additional charge. Your estimate was for 425.00 and you paid 600.00. There is not one company that would have done it for that rate. We went above and beyond for you. - Julie Lynn Puccini"

They were not honest about providing the estimate, the actual fee was almost double since they did not mention they would double the travel fee according to California law directly but hid it in a 25-pages terms, and did not tell me about this before I signed the contract.

I am always super transparent about the portal to portal double drive time that is law in California designed to protect the consumer both verbally and in the documents I send over. I know the documents are burdensome to read but once again California law requires I provide those books 72 hours prior to your move. I thought it was an extremely fair price for pick up in SF, then Half Moon Bay where my men carried your statute over a mile at no extra charge even getting a warning from the Ranger due to you had not gotten the required permits. My team then waited two hours for your photo session then delivered to Berkely and happy to do it. There were no extra charges (fuel, long haul etc...)just the hours they worked and the travel fee. Please let me know if there is a way I can rectify your concerns."

Carlos and the two other movers were professional and paid extreme attention to detail. I was moving out of an apartment that had new hardwood floors. Before evening mentioning the hardwood floors, I noticed that the movers started moving boxes out into the apartment's hallway (where there's carpeting) before loading the boxes on dollies. No dolly was ever rolled over the hardwood floors. Not only were they professional, they were fast. My new place was on the sixth floor. Carlos carried my twin mattress up six flights of stairs when he could've just waited for the elevator to come back down. I can't recommend Fast Masters Movers enough. They were fantastic.

Our team of three, Carlos, Jon, and Dylan, were terrific. They were prompt, friendly, careful, and accommodating of additional items we decided to move at the last minute. Moved our baby grand with care and attention to detail. Carlos navigated our steep hill with a large truck with great skill. Working with Julie to schedule and reschedule and even move up the date at the last minute was a breeze. Highly recommend.

The crew that came to make my life easier with my move did just that! Fast, efficient and did a great job packing our belongings with great care and with a dedicated focus to use the transport container space fully so things won't move around. On top of it, Jeremiah, Kiki and Napo aka Napoleon were very friendly, accommodating, funny and sing a bit and are jovial throughout the project. As a veteran, I was very delighted to find out they were military veterans too and the type of guys I know I could entrust, not just my belongings, but my life in their hands. Family, fun and fast oriented. Fijian warriors in my eyes! Hire them and you'll be impressed!

Excellent company to work with! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional and handled with great care and concern. I was in a crunch to get all of the stuff out of my house and moved to my new home, Julie was able to fit me in last minute and quoted me a very reasonable price. All of my belongings were packed carefully, and loaded/unloaded with care! Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an amazing moving experience .
