AAA Awnings, Inc., has become well established and has been building a good reputation as a major supply source for both fabric and aluminum awnings of all types. As well as manufacturing for home owners, AAA Awnings, Inc., has worked on major projects for some large commercial customers, and have been recommended by local designers to supply awnings for projects that they are designing. In addition AAA Awnings is a major supply source for mobile home owners just as the former Awning Masters, Inc., was in the past. Metal Awning or Patio Cover Installation and Replacement
AAA Awnings installed a freestanding Elitewood Ultra Lattice Patio Cover in our backyard to match our existing patio cover from 20 years ago. Mike was so helpful from start to finish. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient and worked with us on the design and planning including the wiring for the lights and electrical outlets and helped us come up with a solution to reinstall our old patio cover on newly poured concrete. His crew were extremely attentive to detail and we are very pleased with the result. My husband and I are very picky and we appreciated the level of service provided by AAA. I am including photos but as our project is not quite complete there are a couple of unfinished details currently shown. Will update later. (The taller patio cover with the lights is the new one).

I believe this to be a 'big' batch company, maybe commercial? So the time from when I ordered till delivery was a rather long time. Maybe they had to fit my rather 'smalish' order in beteen the large ones.

Signed contract to do a aluminum patio cover in April and was told 4-7 weeks. Checked in at 7 weeks and they had not gotten permits or ordered materials yet. Called twice more and said they would call me back the next day and no return phone call. At nine weeks, we requested and received a refund of our deposit. We wasted 9 weeks waiting and now have to start over and find a different contractor.

I hired AAA Awnings, Paid a deposit. I had to wait 4 to 6 weeks so awning can be ordered.. I am now in the 8th week and still have no awning.

"Jack, So sorry for this. Although most custom jobs take 3-5 weeks, and 4-6 when we are busy, some jobs do go longer. The most common reasons this can happen are: powder coating delays, graphic design delays, or back-ordered material. The most common of the above used to be powder coating, however, we have now fixed that issue with a new powder coater that is much quicker. Thank you for your honest reply."

Contracted to install two (2) small awnings. Original time estimate 6-8 weeks. Installed 30 later! Price was fair! Needed to take one of the awning back to shop to add a border. Turnaround time one week. Worked with Mike (Office) and Rafael (Installation). Excellent customer service and desire to have a happy client.
