They had a "customer is always right" mentality and didn't penny pinch on change orders. Half way through the job Matt realized that the natural gas fire insert installation was more complex than his team's skills. He immediately sourced a specialized contractor to do that part of the job which gave us all a tremendous amount of confidence. Every step of the way we were assured of the process and there was complete transparency on the part of the owner. When the electrician arrived, work was promptly started and he quickly moved from room to room, installing the new ceiling fans. As the work neared completion and turned to the bathrooms, it was discovered that we needed ducting to move the air through the attic. The electrician made a quick stop for additional materials and proceeded to complete the job in record time. We already have another quote lined up for more improvements that are long overdue!"
