He notified me that he knew some people that could perform flooring, countertops, paint, cabinet refinishing, stone fireplace surround, ceiling fans, canned lighting and really everything that I needed. He served the project as my de facto general contractor. I am extremely pleased with his work, professionalism and timeliness. He let me procure the materials and performed the work in about three weeks, which exceeded all of my expectations.
