Mark Thacher , the owner, came immediately and provided a written scope of work and a written estimated cost for the project that very first visit. There was NO WAITING TIME TO PROVIDE A QUOTE like four different companies we had contacted before. (We are still waiting for their WRITTEN quotes months after!!) ! There was no pressure and the quote was very clear, fair and direct. We signed the next day because from his personal and professional demeanor Mark instilled trust from the very moment we met him.
